Q: I am unable to access itunes store, error message states unable to complete my request at the time that it is temporily unavaiable?

I have recently had a laptop with windows 8 on, i was able to access itunes store last night but as i was in there adding to my wishlist my laptop did an update and since then I have had this error message when trying to access itunes store. Can anyone help as i am not that good with computers. thanks
