Can't get into store, forced to goto Amazon

I have given up trying to spend money with Apple. I have tried every solution they have suggested to access the store on my Win 7 PC but constantly get the 'temporarily unavailable' message. I'm off to Amazon for my music - gotta get it from somewhere!
