Having trouble with In-App Purchases since upgrading to iOS7.

I'm having trouble with In-App Purchases since upgrading to iOS7.

I use iTunes gift cards and have credit remaining, but I get "Purchase Failed" and "Unable to Connect" errors every time.

Am I missing a new setting or something or are others having issues as well?

iPhone 5, iOS 7
