Oct 3, 2013 10:44 AM in response to Travelgranby Skydiver119,There's not a single solution. I had an issue where my iPad apps wouldn't update via the iPad, they would only update through iTUnes. Then I tried to buy an app, the App Store declared that I'd never bought anything from them and had to answer my security questions, which I couldn't and, long story short, ended up haveing to have Apple call me to reset my security questions (I made multiple requests for the reset e-mail and it never came)

I'd poke around in here. Perhaps the manage your ID part. And maybe even schedule a phone call to see if they can track down what the issue is.
