Absolutely right, it does not work so far. I started with just activating push for iCloud Mail on multiple iOS devices, but did not work for any of my devices. Next I followed Apple's suggestion and deleted the account from the device and added it back again, but even this procedure (with restart and without restart) did not help. I guess that it just takes a few days until every single user in Germany can use push again. Just wait and be patient, because it seems that we cannot do anything.
