How to Transfer Video TS and Audio TS Files

I need to take two files from an old DVD project called "Kaze_Video_Archived." When I go to the folder I have two additional folders...one marked Video_TS and Audio_TS. What I want to do is take these two files and gain access to its contents to recreate the DVD. So...How does one access the contents of these folder and make them available for other applications like iMovie or QuickTime? Ideally, I would love to have the content to eventully post them on the Internet. Is there a program that can tranfer or extract these files? Thank you.

I think I figured it out...

I will be using a program called MPEG Sreamclip. I was able to access the files and covert them to Quicktime movies. From there I can do pretty much what I want. I appreciate those that viewed this question.
