Q: cannot connect to itunes store

I'm very new to this.  My IPOD Touch setttings shows that the Version is 1.1.5 (4B1).  I assume that's the software version?

I followed your link and to update the software.  I updated my acct with a credit card and paid the $4.95.  I tried 3 times to download it and had an Internect connection problem.  Any ideas of how to fix that?  I do have a DSL line and have easily downloaded other software.

I called Apple Support and they helped with the update.  Problem solved!  Thank you for getting me on track with the update!
