Okay, I am starting to get realy ****** off. need help please.

I've spend almost a full day trying to find a song "Death Will Reign by Impending". I purchased the song already but it is not in my itunes library, It's not Hidded, It's not in the Purchase List under quik links and there's no download option for it either. I've been searching for the song I purchased and it's not even on my Laptop PC. I do have a store receipt of purchasing it. $1.40 is the total. I saw all the technical support and not one of it can't help my to get this song that I purchase. I bought and it just got erase. I did a system recovery and it is still not there but I still have the purchase item. I did not have Icloud till after this problem. Is there ANY way I can get this song? to make it clear, IT"S NOT ON MY PC. the file for it or anything. I do not have a viruse or spyware or malware. It is not hacked. I know for sure of it. Can anyone please help? I will really appreciate your help.
