how do I delete a song or album from my lists?

If you want to delete a song, you can right-click the item and then choose Delete. You will get a prompt if you want to delete the song and an option if you want to delete it from iCloud as well. That part is up to you. Also you can just hide the purchases, and that will be in the second article below.
