How to check call time on monthly duration for iphone 5 ?

I guess you will need an app for that (there are some in the App Store), or set a reminder to reset your counters every month in Settings > Cellular > Reset Statistics.

Your carrier may have an app. Mine also has a short code you can dial and get a text back with the information. Or, check your carrier's website to see if they give you updated information. Remember, the phone will register all calls, even ones for which your carrier does not bill you.
