When trying to back up my iphone, it shows it is backing up as it is connected to high speed internet. It shows "estimated time remaining..." but after a couple hours it either shows it has a lot of time left (approx 40 hours to finishing backup) or it doesn;t ever show the amount of time until back up done. I last backed up to icloud 16 months ago, as i had issues and was backing up to my pc. Please help! Is this an issue where I should have my phone looked at at the apple store? again, thanks for your ideas!
