This happened on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 4. Didn't see any choice to show the titles, as they were in earlier versions of OIS, as well as in the latest desktop iTunes.
Note: I did a search and found a discussion of this problems, with several ideas of how to fix it, but none of them seemed to be very successful or advisable, based on comments posted. Maybe someone in this forum has updated info and/or suggestions.
I am using the latest version of IOS7, as of October 3.
