Problems with the enrollment after payment

Hello people.

I'm new in the IOS developer world.

Yesterday I just bought, for the first time, the ios dev subscription.

The problem is that I still haven't recieved any confirmation e-mail from apple.

I send a complain to apple's help center. But it seem that anyone cares.

Does anybody else has had the same problem?

btw. I am noy in the USA, so maybe thats why Apple just keep ignoring me.
