Why Do I Have to Read 5 yards of unnecessary junk mail?

Then, after I read as much of it as I can bear, I can't even agree without going back to my old notes to sign in. I think it should take us to our usual signin page before making my eyes go wonky on the ultra-fine print. I'm sure this new iTunes agreement only appplies to people who have the iPhone, or iPad, so, I don't understand, why did I have to scroll through 40 or 50 pages of stuff that hasn't got anything to do with my Mac Mini usage? Apple should get with it, or in my case, without it. Sorry, just venting here.

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Samsung Display
