The files "i tune library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by newer versions of iTunes.

The other day I upgraded my 4s phone to 7.0.2. My iTunes is backed up on my C drive. Now plus when I plus into computer I get message The files "i tune library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by newer versions of iTunes. I tried to sync via Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi at office. Will resume when “8HGGX1” is available. How to fix ? Thanks. I am clueless re this.
