Anyone unable to purchase music from iTunes store today 10/3/2013?

Up until today .. I've had absolutely NO problems with purchasing music from the iTunes Store. I can access the store .. find the music I want to purchase .. click the BUY feature .. and NOTHING happens. Closed the program and have tried it "4" times .. no success. Checked my account .. everything up to date. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks .. have a pleasant evening .. Lady Jarhead.
