Unless your iPhone is hacked/jailbroken, you have nothing to worry about.

To hack, they (hackers) need to physically have your iPhone. Did you do that?

kind of late response, sorry, but i figured it was nothing to concern about since i in fact didn't let anyone physically have my phone, but just today my phone sent out a similiar text message to one of my contacts without me writing it.

could this still be spam? and if it is does that mean it's always going to stay with my phone or now that it's sent off does that mean that it's gone?
