My wallpapers won't zoom out. Any assistance?
Since uploading to ios 7, my wallpaper photos won't zoom out. Is this a bug?

It's messed up, another bug.
The advice us to change the setting in reduce motion in access ability, turn on or off, but it doesn't help me. It only zooms out to make it move and scale.
