Any info as to what happens when you try to buy something, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

I trying to puchase some items in my game but doesn't work.There show me tat ur purchase could not be completed need assistance, contact itunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. But i dont know how can do it. All the detail for the payment method i think shld be no prob. So i dont know wat's going on...
