Any Apple wireless router can extend wireless from another.
But if you are try to extend from one building to another, use ethernet link.
New Extreme will be unlikely to solve your problem.

Yes, or proper wireless bridge links.. but using internal house wireless to link buildings is not the best.. outer walls often have metallised insulation or thick bricks and other absorbant materials.. the wireless bridges should sit outside the buildings and be powered and connected over ethernet.. but if the buildings are close just run ethernet.
