How can I get my email address by my iCloud accountant with the name is now an own icloud account without the possibility to get iCloud storage

I have a email address . It is not possible to buy icloud storage for it or to add to my first account where i have plenty of icloud storage available.

It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.


If you have a (name)@me.com address which actually works then you have a (name)@icloud.com address as well, and and iCloud account. There should be no problem adding storage to it as long as you are signed into it as the primary account in System Preferences>iCloud on a Lion/Mountain Lion Mac, and iOS5/6 device or Windows 7/8 with the iCloud Control Panel.


If this is an ex_MobileMe address which you never migrated to iCloud you cannot reactivate it, so the question is have you checked it actually receives messages?


You cannot move such addresses from one account to another.
