I formatted my mac book without making recovery and it was upgraded to Lion 10.7.3 by previous owner now I can't reinstall it because my apple ID doesn't own a copy of Lion 10.7.3 and there's no recovery disks what to do ?

Call Apple, purchase it and they will give you a code you can punch in and get it activated under your Apple ID and you'll be able to get it going then.
I can't call Them because there's no Apple store in my country !
Look in the Applications folder for App Store.app.
Double click and create an account. You should use the same Apple ID and password that you use to post on this site.
If you do not have the app on your computer, you can google for it and create an account that way.
You can then download OS 10.7 from the App Store.
