ruined 2 phones in my family. You need to head to the Apple store and buy a new one. I bought 2 5s work great I will throw 2 4s in the garbage.

Ruined 3 phones and 2 ipads in my family loved apple before this but not willing to invest in them again only to have products self destruct when they release a newer version
