iPhone still linked to old Apple ID

it is the same id it wasn't at i cloud it was at yahoo.com which never used for more than 12 mounths so its recycled i have the id also the password but yahoo server doesn't have that id anymore tried million times called apple and her i am all i remember the id and the password but the question issues i don't so when i reset password thing it send an email to yahoo which is recycled >>>>>>>by the way apple which make us goes to jailbreakers help if its stolen block it if its not stolen just let us use our devices so simple

It doesn't actually matter that the yahoo email address has been lost, you would still be able to sign into iCloud if you had the correct password for your Apple account. Of course, now that you've reset the password you have a real problem since you can't access the link to create a new password.

Have you explained to Apple over the phone that your Yahoo email account has been recycled and lost?

Go to iCloud.com sign in and remove your Device from Find My iPhone, then restore your device in DFU/Recovery mode, it will not ask you for the apple id again.

That will not work if people don't know the Apple ID.

yea i did and they keep asking about the security question which are on the mail which is recycled already and my memory not good enough to rmember those answers for more than 4 years

I update my iphone 5s and after booted phone asked to setup a new iphone or backup i select set a new iphone but while entering the new apple id phone's shows the error "Credit Limited can't create account"

Now tell me what can i do ?

This is a problem for us.

Up to now we would simply issue our salesmen company provided iPhones. We setup a new apple id and password, and use this to activate the phone.

Problem is that it is somewhat common for these guys to then take it and change the phone to use their personal apple id. Of course they can do that because they have all the info they need to have full control of the phone.

All is well and good until we have employee turnover. Then we must re-issue the phone under a new user’s apple id.

Previous to this new security feature, this wasn’t a problem. We would simply use iTunes and factory reset the phone, then set it up as new for the next guy.

Now we can’t do that. This is a problem because not all employee terminations are on good terms.

The company is the original and current owner. Now what can we do? Is this phone a brick?

What are our options going forward? Do we now need an expensive MDM solution because of this? We were doing fine without one up until now.

If the company can prove that they are the original owner, Apple may be willing to remove the lock.

You could simply not give the employees the iCloud password. They could still use their own Apple ID for things like buying apps.

HOW CAN I REMOVE THE OLD OWNERS APPLE ACCOUNT AND FIND MY IPHONE? I BOUGHT THE PHONE THROUGH EBAY AND THE OLD OWNER COULD HAVE RESET IT BEORE SENDING IT BUT DIDNT.

File a claim with eBay and return it for a refund. The device is useless to you. Without the previous owner's information, you will not be able to activate the phone, and Apple will not help you. There is no way to remove it without the previous owner doing it.
