Since upgrading to IOS 7 on my iPhone 4s I cannot download from iTunes/App Store - I get the message "... could not be downloaded at this time. Please try again later". I can download via iTunes on my laptop and then transfer via iCloud no problem, but can't make purchases directly.
How can I resolve this issue?
