Apple iOS app submission has no response - Your application is being uploaded

Question

When i submit the app using Xcode 5 it says "Your application is being uploaded" and hangedup.

And when i try to submit the app using Application Loader 2.9 it says "Authenticating with the iTunes Store..." in more than 3 hour.

The application is passed validation and it has no issues.

I didn't face this problem in my previous app submission.

Can anyone face this issue in recent time and can share the solution.

Try a different internet connection. That solved my issue immediately. You might find that there is a port that Apple uses that is blocked.
