Iphone 4S Hardware

I just Upgraded my Iphone 4S to ios7..After that,my phone doesnt work.Its been a week.Its shows only Apple Logo,then Connect to Itune.I went to the Reseller Autorised,and ask for the Apple responsibility for the product.But they refer me to a autorised service in jakarta-Indonesia..But when i ask them what happent with my hpone,they only said i need to buy new hardware(machine)for my Iphone.I just used my phone for about 18month (i bought 850USD)in 18 month i have to buy new hardware for 350$US..OMG,what is the quality of the Apple Products?I bought and really proud to use my Iphone because i believe that i can use this for long last..How is the responsibility of Apple company for this?why they selling so expensive phone but quality is crap..How can i claim for new hardware for my phone?Where should I go?To Singapore Apple Store?because we cant find in Jakarta-Indonesia..All only Autorised Reseller..😢😢😢
