Unable to find the App Store on my iPad & update apps.
iPad 2, iOS 7.0.2
Check your Restrictions Settings:
Settings>General>Restrictions
Make sure that "Installing Apps" is toggled to ON

From a home screen, swipe down from the center of the screen with one finger and search for app.
