Q: I have a problem with bookmarks. I use iBook Author

I can get the bookmark to link to the bookmark section (the section of text where the bookmark is referring to) in the back of the book, but once I can get get to the bookmark section at the end of the book, I cannoot go back via a hyperlink to the original text in the book, where the bookmark was used.  I am puzzled because this is a perfectly normal function, but I cannot get it to work woth iBook Author.  Anyone with a solution, would be much appreciated

    There is no 'back' feature (A<-->B) you can take advantage of, outside of making another bookmark/link pair.

    Like this... A-->B; B-->A

    Actually, true, there's no back-link method other than creating 2 bookmarks and links, there is however a built-in feature with iBooks (the app) which allows the reader to navigate back to the page where they came from. If you tap on the bookmark icon (the one in the top right corner), you will see that you can go back and forth to recently viewed pages. It's a 2-step process (unlike the back button in a browser), but it's still useful.
