Using configurator 1.4 to update iPad 4's to iOS 7

I'm using Configurator with a sync cart to update 30 iPads to iOS 7. It does the update but I still have to pull each iPad and run it through the first time set up, adding account info etc. Is there anyway configurator can set up these iPads completly without having to pull each one to set up?
