Q: I really I mean, REALLY need help with my Apple EarPods.
How do I fix them? I went into Apple, and replaced them about like a million times (LITTERALLY) and I cant go back because I lost my nano During my sisters Back to school night thing and Then I replaced my headphones a couple more times until this one guy said I need to find my nano because of a license for my nano and proof!!! please help! I really want to listen to music and concentrate in school again! (btw it says iPod 4 iOS 6.1.3, I also have an iPad Mini 7.0.2. Just saying just incase this helps)

If it's just that the earpods are plugged, they can probably be cleaned. If the cable has partially broken somewhere, then the earpods will have to be replaced. Which is the situation I couldn't say without having the earphones in hand to look at them, but you can start by trying to clean the earpods and see if matters improve. Apple's instructions are here:
