I just downloaded my digital copy of The Little Mermaid to iTunes and I am unable to put in onto my 160 GB iPod classic. I have tried to convert the file in iTunes, but I am unable to select this conversion. Does anyone know of another way to do this?

Hi, mutts17.

I would create a version specifically for the iPod. The Menu Bar is hidden by default so you will need to enable the Menu Bar by pressing Control+B. To create and iPod version in iTunes 11 select the media that you are wanting to convert. From there, select the File menu > Create New Version > Create iPad or Apple TV version. Once the media has been converted, sync the iPad version to the iPad.
