Ever since iOS 7, my iPhone 4 is slow

Ever since I downloaded iOS7 when it was first launched I have had nothing but problems and difficulty with my iPhone 4.

Majority of my apps are very slow to open and load new pages such as Facebook, Tiwtter, Youtube, Instagram and SnapChat.

It decides to randomly turn off whenever it wants to leaving me phoneless until I get home and plug it into my iTunes, not to restore it but just when it connects to iTunes, it's working perfectly again!

At one stage when I went to open an app I have located on the 2nd slide of my apps page, my apps page half loaded and froze, so when I clicked the top button to lock it, the screen stayed blank and wouldn't turn on. My battery was on 100% and I didn't have any other app open.

It's really starting to annoy me now and I have not got the patience anymore. I thought it was something to do with my WIFI at one stage but I've heard of a numerous of people having the exact same problem!

Please help me!!

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Mine keeps freezing up since iOS 7...particularly on the phone & voicemail screens. It's quite aggravating!

Then as already stated, perform basic troubleshooting as outlined in the User's Guide.

Identical symptoms on my iphone 4, which started having problems the same hour I loaded iOS 7. I reset, restarted and restored until I couldn't stand looking at the frozen screens. It eventually stopped loading its start page at all. I'm considering a new phone, a 5 but probably a nexus 5. I'm confident Steve Jobs would never have done this to us.
