how can i sync my songs to the newest ipod shuffle in a specific order?

i just want to know if it was possible to sync songs onto my shuffle in a specific order? right now i manually manage songs but i dont like the order the songs play in. its not in shuffle.

iPod shuffle, Windows 7

I clicked on my shuffle settings page then checked "sync only checked songs." I was able to freely move songs around in order i wanted bye dragging after that.
