My USB tethering (personal hotspot) won't work since upgrade. Is there a fix?

Still no USB connection. I am reading on other sites that MANY folks are having the same trouble since ios and itune downloads.

I'm sorry. The only issues that I have read had to do with persons that did not have tethering on their plan and when they updated, it locked out their hacks. If your carrier has tethering provided in your plan, then you might want to check with them. You are vague about what is not working, just a generalization that it "won't work" since the upgrade. Is it not connecting, can you not select the Personal Hotspot? There are a number of conditions that could explain won't work.
