didn't think i'd get many answers from an
apple website. typical of apple sell a operating system that dosn''t work properly and you can't even complain about it because there is nowhere to complain shame on you Apple

This is a user community. Apple generally doesn't monitor or post here.

If you want to complain to Apple, send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

Wow. You waited a whole thirteen hours overnight, on a weekend.
There's lots of posts here that describe how to figure out what third-party crapware you have installed. Sort it out yourself.
