Q: My i phone 4 ios 6.1.3 and i reset all the settings from the setting menu and its taking more than 24 hours and still not finished ?!

My i phone 4 ios 6.1.3 . I reset all the setting to erase everything on it but its taking 24 hours and still not finished ?? What shall i do ?!
