Faulty Gyroscope in iPhone 5S

I have the same problem with my new iPhone 5S 😟

In the same place, with an iPhone 5 show 0º perfectly.

I hope that this fail be a software error and not hardware error.

I also have this same issue, Seems to change tho, the Degree changes in the same position after I close the app and re-launch it and re-calibrate it.

Well I think it is a hardware issue because it gives correct reading on iPhone 5 with same latest iOS.

Yep, same on my silver/white 16gb 5s. About 3° off!

How do you know that table is exactly level? Most are not - 3 degrees isn't much

After trying a few times, it will measure one degree, and then another degree way off, mine showed 45 degrees sitting in the table. the table can't be that un-leveled...

I have same problem with iphone 4 using ios 7

EDIT: Fixed. The app itself is a bit wonky though, it seems to think its level when it isn't by ~1 degree. Something like this most likely can be fixed w/software udpate.

Yeah my 16gb white 5s has the same issue! Purchased from Apple online store at launch.

GIVE ANSWERS Apple for this PROBLEMS.

I think the problem is hardware and apple lose Bing (sorry big) 🙂 money.

Apple doesn't read these posts or respond, as explained in forum ToU you agreed to but didn't read when you joined.

There is no way you can know whether this is a hardware problem. Wishful thinking on your part.

Hey, it's a phone. Are you people using it to build skyscrapers? Buy a $10 level or subtract 3 degrees from whatever the phone says.

If it's a phone Apple can sell it to us for £25.

Subtracting 3 degrees doesn't fix the level in panoramic mode and other photo apps. It doesn't fix malfunctioning navigation and fitness and game apps either.

As posted several times earlier - in different threads - you need to recalibrate the level and compass.
