Q: secure link to itunes store failed windows 7

Howdy All,

I'm on Windows 7 64bit on laptop and a desktop. Running iTunes (11.1.1.11 64bit). itunes store can connect fine. I run the diagnositics and it says "Secure link to the iTunes store failed." I run ipod touch over the same internet connection and it connects to the store just fine.

Windows firewall has been deactivated 

I have read this arcticle https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4043438?start=0&tstart=0

in order to execute command netsh winsock reset. Also, i read this arcticle http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123?viewlocale=en_US to check any LSP

result i have only 1 applicaiton which is bonjour

Still, Secure link to the iTunes store doesnt solve.

my ipod is now stuck cant do anything with display "attaching to itunes"

really need your help to fix issue
