Hi, I cannot access my iTunes as it says Quicktime was not found. It advises me to un-install and then re-install iTunes but I am afraid I may loose everything as it hasnt been backed u since 2012. Any advice? Thanks

I can access iTunes on my iPhone but the error message comes up when I try to access this on my desktop. Any advice? Thanks a mill
