I bought an iPhone 5s yesterday and I restarted it, then I transferred all my contacts, music, etc on to my new phone

I also updated my iPhone 5s with the recent update

While I was playing on my phone, it suddenly froze and the Apple logo appeared, followed by a blue screen

The logo and blue screen keep appearing over and over again, so I am unable to turn it on or off

I have it connected to iTunes right now and it's still showing the Apple logo and blue screen
