Q: I've done everything by the book. Still no airplay icon on iphone5. Software is 7.02, the latest. Apple TV is up to date. Wireless network working fine on both devices. I can use iTunes Radio fine. Both devices on same network. Bluetooth turned off too

I've done everything by the book. Still no airplay icon on iphone5. Software is 7.02, the latest. Apple TV is up to date. Wireless network working fine on both devices. I can use iTunes Radio fine. Both devices on same network. Bluetooth turned off too. I want to mirror iPhone thru Apple TV.
