flipping or rotating video

my video recorded sideways. i need to rotate it. i purchased QT7 and looked for help. it said to go to Window, then choose "show movie properties" and then choose "video settings" tab. But that tab is not available. How can I flip? Only tabs I see are, Annotations, Resources, Audio Settings and Presentation.

Single click on the video track in the Movie Properties window. This action will change the names on the tabs in the lower half of the window.
