I've tried everthing given over there, downloaded iTunes latest version. I switched off my Antivirus as well as Firewall while downloading and installing the Software from the scratch. I even retried by removing all the Apple softwares from my system using CCLEANER, in which I also cleared the Registry and cleaned up the files which were not usable regarding Apple Softwares. So "IIIaass " could you be more specific of what I should do. Because it's quite frustrating as it's been 4 days that I;m trying to solve this issue.

Can you connect to the App store?

    Try updating to iTunes 11.1.

    What does this show:

Yes I connect to the iTunes Store but I can't sign into it. And I ran the Diagnostics test from iTunes, it shows a failure for 'Secure Link to iTunes Store Failed.' tried to follow the HELP link given there but didn't work for me. I would appreciate if you'd know something about this.

This is the iTunes Diagnostic Report That had been generated, but I hadn't connected my iPod Touch to it but I guess the device is not giving any problem.

You have power off and then back on your router, right?

    - Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
