My iCloud does not show a photo icon?

You can't view your photos using a Web browser.

iCloud merely "pushes" your Photo Stream to other supported devices.

You can share your photos from an iphone to icloud by creating a shared stream, going into its settings, and turning on the "public website" option. If you click on "Share Link" then you can publish a link (email, etc) which will allow other people (and yourself) to see and add picutres on icloud.com.

But what the op asked is how to get a photo icon on his/her icloud page. Can't do THAT.
