Wrong name on sent text

All of a sudden, one of our iphones is sending the wrong name when texting. In other words, Steve sends a text, but the recipient shows that it is from Karen, not Steve. No settings were changed. He is still on ios 6 on iphone 4s. Does anyone have any info on this type of problem? Thanks!
