Updated Apple software on my Iphone4s. Itune store did not download but my songs did. I cannot access Itune store app.

If you are experiencing issues with the iTunes Store failing to launch, there are a couple of things you can try. The first would be to reset all settings. Go toSettings > General > Reset > Reset all settings.
If the issue persists, try signing out of all services that require signing into your Apple ID and then signing back in.
