Facebook integration on IOS7.02

I have the identical problem on my iPad (IOS 7.0.2) but it's fine on my iPhone5 (IOS 7.0.2), so I'm fairly sure it's something like a corruption of user configuration data on my iPad.

Has anyone had any success with solving this issue please. I am having the same problem. even done a complete restore back to factory settings! still doesn't work.

I'm having a similar problem. It shows "The operation can't be completed. Cocoa Error 4097" whenever I try to sign in to Facebook in Settings. I can use Fb app just fine, but can't integrate my Fb account to my phone, so all of the facebook contacts and all related data are lost. I just upgraded to iOS 7, which is turning out to be a great mistake. Anyone can help us? Please share info on how to fix Error 4097 related issues!! Thanks in advance! :)

Yeah.. How come they aren't speaking up about this issues? From what I gathered, this is some sort of problems that many of us are facing right now regarding iOS 7.0.2. This just suck!! I used to like Apple very much but now I'm losing my nerve here!!

I have the same issue! IOS 7.02 ipad 4 16gb wifi.

The Facebook app works just fine.

Has anyone gotten any update to this issue? Quite frustrating that Apple didn't address this matter in the latest update.

I have the same problem and the worse my name on it and I cannot delete my name either cannot login

I have the new Ipad air. Same issue. I did the soft reset, uninstalled, reinstalled. I have the IPhone 4S, app works fine, it has something to do w/the new ipad i think. I took ipad into Best Buy to check, they told me i would have to do a total reset and i am not ready to do that yet, hoping these forums will have more information. Wondering if Facebook forum says anything?

Me to guys have same problem on may ipad air, i read same of this and they give a solution, but the problem is the step 2 that suppose to be have something to turn off on setting/privacy/facebook, there no button to off that why I can't continue the process..and sad to say still same I can't use my fb apps.. Hoping somebody solve it and share to us.. Thank you ..

I have the same problem. In addition to that, while my Facebook seems to be working OK on my iPad and iPhone, it really is not.

I posted a photo album from my iPhoto to my Facebook using my MBP.

I shared the album on my wife's facebook page.

It shows up perfectly on her PC laptop.

But it won't show up on her iPad and iPhone.

Her iPad is working. Facebook on her iPad is also working.

But, it keeps asking her to enter her password.

She did, was told "Error Signing In"

She did all kinds of turn off turn on, close and reopen App, nothing.

And as usual, there is no Apple people in these forums.

So, we are all guessing.

Sigh.
