How can I browse my Mac file system or the shared hard disk from out side(WAN), having an Airport Extreme?

Hi,

I am trying to configure my Airport Extreme to be able to browse my files stored in my Mac Book Pro or in the Hard disk that is connected to my Airport Extreme from a PC with Windows or an Iphone, situted outside my house, that is to "WAN Browse".

Could anyone help me about this?
