After installing iOS 7, I can no longer use FaceTime or iMessage on Virgin Mobile

How can I fix this issue? I've tried turning both services of and on again, restarting my phone, turning off my cellular data and nothing has worked. I'm a little wary of resetting to default settings as I'm not familiar with the process.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2, Virgin Mobile Network
